Although I certainly don’t write as often as I would like to, this blog is always on my mind and I often realise that I create new posts in my head on my way to the station, on the train, anywhere really! So hopefully my good intentions will meet up with good time management and my posts will be increasingly regular.

7 things about myself:

Italian, French, English, Spanish and Chinese Mandarin: these are the languages I speak and I am lucky to have a job that allows me to speak all of them every day. Languages are something else I am passionate about on top of sustainability matters 🙂
Going to China changed my life – I lived there for 10 months during my 3rd year of university and that’s what really made me think about our impact on the planet and what we can do to live more sustainably
I have a little nephew who is 4 years old and I feel like I want to carry on spreading the word about sustainability so that he can have a future where things aren’t as bad as they are predicted to be (this may be idealistic but I want to be able to say “I tried to make things better” in case we are taken over by ants)
I stopped eating meat almost 4 years ago to be more sustainable
I’m on a mission to try to get rid of everything I don’t need in the most sustainable way possible to live without superfluous things I don’t actually need
Tea is my addiction – if I don’t drink any for about 12 hours I go nuts. I am a walking teapot
I’d love do go to Denmark and Sweden after reading and loving thrillers set in these Nordic countries
